What hydro jetting is, in general terms
Hydro jetting sends water under pressure through a drain line so that the water scours the inside wall of the pipe as it passes. In general terms, the water stream loosens and carries away buildup that coats the wall, grease, soap film, scale, and loose debris, rather than simply punching a hole through a single blockage. That full-wall action is what makes jetting different from snaking, and it is also why jetting is usually discussed when a drain keeps clogging: a path opened through a blockage can close again if the wall coating that caused the narrowing is still there. This section describes the method in general terms only. No equipment model, pressure figure, nozzle type, or owner-specific jetting policy is claimed here, because that detail is not confirmed.
